  • The consultation is a focused and personalized conversation designed to understand your health history, current concerns, and overall goals. During this time, we take a comprehensive look at your primary complaint, including the timeline of your symptoms—when they began and how they have progressed. We also review any previous injuries or treatments, as well as important lifestyle factors such as work demands, physical activity, stress levels, and posture.

Additionally, we discuss your goals for care, whether that is pain relief, improved performance, or long-term prevention. This thorough approach ensures that your care is intentional and tailored specifically to you—rather than generic—so that every step of your treatment aligns with what matters most to your health and well-being.

  • The examination is a structured, comprehensive physical assessment designed to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and evaluate how your body is functioning as a whole. This process includes a detailed postural analysis, range of motion testing, and both orthopedic and neurological evaluations. In addition, hands-on palpation is used to assess the condition of joints and surrounding tissues, along with movement and functional assessments to understand how your body performs in real-life patterns.

This step is essential in providing the clinical reasoning behind your care. It allows us to accurately determine where dysfunction is occurring, which structures are involved, and what type of treatment will be most effective. By building a clear and informed picture of your condition, we ensure that your care plan is precise, targeted, and tailored to your specific needs.

  • Chiropractic adjustments are precise, controlled movements applied to specific joints—most commonly within the spine—to improve mobility, alignment, and overall nervous system function.

Each adjustment is carefully targeted based on your examination findings, ensuring that care is both accurate and effective. Techniques may be gentle or more specific, depending on your comfort level and individual needs. In some cases, you may hear an audible “popping” sound, which is simply the release of gas within the joint—not bones cracking.

These adjustments play a key role in restoring normal joint motion, reducing irritation to surrounding tissues, and improving overall movement efficiency. By addressing joint dysfunction at its source, chiropractic care supports better function throughout the body and helps you move and feel at your best.

  • Soft tissue therapy involves hands-on treatment of muscles, fascia, and connective tissues to reduce tension and improve overall tissue quality. This approach may include targeted muscle work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, and the use of either manual or instrument-assisted methods, depending on your specific needs.

Many musculoskeletal issues are driven by tight or overactive muscles—not just joint dysfunction—making soft tissue care an essential part of effective treatment. By addressing these underlying factors, soft tissue therapy helps reduce pain and tightness, improve circulation, enhance mobility, and support the overall effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments.

  • Rehabilitative care includes personalized exercises designed to improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall movement patterns. Each program is tailored to your specific condition and may include corrective exercises, mobility drills, stability and strengthening work, and postural training.

This phase of care is essential for creating long-term change. By reinforcing proper movement and addressing underlying imbalances, these exercises help prevent the recurrence of pain, improve how your body moves, build resilience and stability, and support lasting results between visits.

  • Your care plan is a structured, personalized recommendation based on your examination findings and individual goals. It outlines the frequency of visits, expected duration of care, specific areas of treatment focus, and clear progress checkpoints along the way.

Rather than taking a random or reactive approach, your care is designed to be goal-driven, strategic, and transparent. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what we are addressing, how we plan to address it, and what meaningful progress will look like throughout your care.
